Mercy is a very experienced Nurse Practitioner/Prescriber. She can support you with many long term conditions and carry out your cervical (pap) smear.
Our healthcare assistant can do your blood tests, check your blood pressure, give you your immunisations and will be your first contact on joining our surgery. Lucy also has a special interest in diabetes and runs our diabetic annual review clinic.
Angela has worked in the NHS for over 30 years with 29 years of those in Practice Management.
She has experience in clinical commissioning and research.

Amongst other roles Cristina processes many of your repeat prescription requests toforward to the Doctors for signing.
Amongst other responsibilities Linda manages the flow of patient related correspondence from the hospitals and community clinics
On top of the receptionist duties, Ginger is also inviting ladies to have their cervical (pap) smears.
In our inner city multi-cultural population some of our female patients have no experience of the importance of cervical smears. Ginger has access to this information in many languages, please speak to her if you are unsure.
Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries.
They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses.
They are instructed by the Doctors' to ask the nature of your emergency if you are requesting an urgent appointment. Rceptionists are bound by the same Confidentiality Code as all other healthcare staff. if you do feel however, that you do not wish to divulge the nature of your emergency please let the receptionist know
They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries.
District nurses provide nursing care for the housebound and infirm. They are based at either the Stowe clinic or Coleville clinic, depending on where you live.

Roberta is available alternate Tuesday afternoon's and sees children from birth to the age of 5. The Health Visiting team will first get in touch within 2 weeks of a baby's birth. They then provide help and advice about general child health, diet, feeding, weaning, behavioural problems and speech and language concerns. The team also carry out routine checks at 6-8 weeks, 8-12 months and around 2 and a 1/2 years of age.
The Health Visitors team is based at Woodfield Road Medical Centre.
